Our Supporters

Building a stronger community involves the work of many — nonprofit groups like PHDA, local businesses, churches, every level of government, and of course the individuals who live and work in the community. At PHDA, we embrace a spirit of partnership with all those who share the goals of expanding home ownership and improving the quality of life in the neighborhoods we serve. If you visit the Resources page, you’ll find many of the partners we respect. Each has much to offer to low and moderate income families and to those working to improve the health and integrity of our neighborhoods.

Our commitment to community wouldn't be possible without our sponsors. We're fortunate to have generous financial and volunteer support from everyone who provides support to PHDA, Inc., our community partners. We're honored to extend a very heartfelt thanks to the sponsors below.

Dollar Bank Foundation logoThe Dollar Bank Foundation
PHDA enjoys a collaboration with Dollar Bank Foundation, who shares our vision of increasing home ownership and strengthening our community. Dollar Bank Foundation is the region’s only financial institution to offer comprehensive in-house credit counseling and homebuyer education programs — in addition to all the banking services you’ll need to become a home owner. We highly recommend all aspects of the First-Time Home Ownership Program. Learn more about their offerings on The Dollar Bank Foundation website.

“I did enroll in the program and am planning on purchasing a home in June with the help of the 3 to 1 program offered by Dollar bank. I was fortunate to enter the program with decent credit scores and living in the house I want to buy.”

With deepest sympathy PHDA announces the passing of board member Linda Kirkland Law. Read her obituary here.
