PHDA, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) established to provide home ownership education for low to moderate income first -time homebuyers and provide maintenance and repair education and equity protection and foreclosure prevention training for future homebuyers; and provide homes that are ADA compliant to meet the needs of physically challenged renters and homebuyers.

Homebuyer Education
You will be provided with information to prepare you for the home
buying process. You will receive assistance finding the best mortgage
to fit your finances also how to shop for a home, work with a real
estate broker and how to apply for and close on a mortgage.
