PHDA, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) established to provide home ownership education for low to moderate income first -time homebuyers and provide maintenance and repair education and equity protection and foreclosure prevention training for future homebuyers; and provide homes that are ADA compliant to meet the needs of physically challenged renters and homebuyers.

Credit Enhancement
In cooperation with the only financial institution in Pittsburgh
offering comprehensive in-house Home buyer education and credit
counseling. When you enroll in the Credit Enhancement Program
You will receive knowledge and resources you need to purchase
your dream home. Whether you've had difficulty due to income,
insufficient savings for a down payment for past or present
credit difficulties, this program is designed for you.
